Job Summary
Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products using stand-up, sit-down, or clamp forklifts and electric pallet jacks 80% of the shift. Pull and prepare product for shipment, verify load accuracy and stability, and report variances. Maintain equipment by changing batteries or LP tanks, completing daily inspections, and keeping the facility neat. Keep inventory records and reports for accuracy while complying with OSHA and MSDS standards. Assist in physical inventories and perform other duties as assigned. Operate during the 2nd shift from 3:30pm to 11:30pm Monday through Friday at $20 per hour plus a $1.00 shift differential.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience operating a stand up forklift
- Minimum of 1 year using a cherry picker
- Minimum of 1 year using a stand up reach forklift
- Must be comfortable with heights and picking heavy and bulky items with equipment
- Forklift operator certificate or satisfactory completion of a forklift-training program within the first 30 days of employment
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience using an RF Scanner
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Six months warehouse experience
- Six months forklift operation experience
