Job Summary
Forklift Operator at DHL Supply Chain responsible for moving stock within a warehouse environment, including loading/unloading shipments, case picking, packing orders, staging products, and preparing goods for shipment. Use of stand-up, sit-down, clamp forklifts, and electric pallet jacks to move products, with emphasis on safety, inventory accuracy, and OSHA/MSDS compliance. Role includes daily equipment inspections, maintaining clean and organized work areas, and supporting physical inventories. Shift is 1st, 6:30am–2:30pm, Monday–Friday, in a low-temperature warehouse setting; requires commuting to Mechanicsburg, PA initially and later relocation to Annville, PA. Required Qualifications
- Forklift operator certificate or satisfactory completion of a forklift-training program within the first 30 days of employment
- High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred
- Six months warehouse experience, preferred
- Six months forklift operation experience
- Previous experience with case picking
- Previous experience operating a forklift
