Job Summary
Stand-Up Forklift Operator (1st or 2nd Shift) at the Charlotte, NC facility tasked with the seamless movement of materials from receiving to distribution. Responsibilities include receiving shipments, verifying contents, operating multi-directional forklifts and warehouse machinery, digital order fulfillment using WMS, conducting regular inventory counts, adhering to safety protocols, and collaborating with supervisors and teammates to optimize warehouse flow.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; knowledge of warehouse safety regulations
- Experience as a Warehouse Associate or Forklift Operator (Stand-up experience preferred)
- Ability to safely operate warehouse machinery according to manufacturer guidelines
- Physical ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds; stand for duration of shift
- Strong attention to detail, basic math skills for inventory, and good time management
- Effective communication and teamwork
