Job Summary
Operate sit-down, stand-up, and swing reach/narrow-aisle forklifts to move finished product, put away/pull from racks, stage pallets, and load trucks. Utilize narrow-aisle, stand-up, and sit-down forklifts across the warehouse floor; follow safety guidelines and data-entry via tablets/scanners; perform calculations for weights/dimensions and determine load placement. Maintain daily workflow on a temperature-controlled facility with periodic shifts (including a 6:00am–6:00pm shift on Fridays–Sundays with a $3.50/hour differential); benefits include health/dental/vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA options, life and disability coverage, paid holidays, PTO, and tuition of on-site resources. Required Qualifications
- 6+ months forklift experience
- Ability to operate forklift safely
- Ability to use tablets and scanners
- Familiarity with pallets and shipping materials
- Basic math skills
- Ability to work independently and manage workflow priorities
- Physical ability to sit for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 65 lbs
- PPE as listed
