Job Summary
Accurately ship and receive materials to and from the warehouse while maintaining housekeeping standards and adhering to all safety protocols. Verify visitors and drivers have proper PPE before entry, then safely offload tooling and materials based on Bills of Lading. Document shipments and deliveries in tooling systems, review BOLs for accuracy, and prepare standalone extras or QA kits as needed. Coordinate with management to stage kits for inspection and move large Conex boxes, label Express shipments, and organize forklift paths. Operate a forklift up to 40,000 pounds and handle repetitive weight up to 40 lbs. Complete annual safety training and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Travel may be required, and holidays, weekends, and overtime are available as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience with large tools kits
- 1-2 years of experience with shipping and receiving
- Moderate computer knowledge and skills, including (but not limited to) operating systems, flash drives and memory cards
- Familiarity with inserting hyperlinks and tables on word processing applications
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including ability to conduct complex sorting, apply filters, and use different views on spreadsheets and databases
- Forklift certification
- Able to operate large forklift up to 40,000 pounds
- Strong team player attitude; maintaining flexibility within the changing business priorities
- Excellent customer, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills
- English Proficiency Required
- Ability and willingness to handle repetitive weight up to 40 lbs
- Ability and willingness to work holidays, weekends and overtime as required by field assignments
- Travel may be required
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to troubleshoot to determine causes of operating errors and the solutions to resolve the issues
- Ability to conduct tests and inspect products or processes and evaluate the quality of repairs
