Job Summary
Safely operate forklifts to move, load, and unload lumber and building materials while transporting items between storage, staging, and loading zones. Pull, stage, and prepare orders accurately, ensuring materials are secure and protected from damage. Assist drivers with locating or loading materials, verify quantities and product before loading, and report damaged materials, inventory discrepancies, or safety hazards immediately. Maintain clean and orderly yard areas, provide excellent service to customers, and comply with OSHA and company safety standards. Work in a busy, fast-paced environment requiring situational awareness and the ability to lift 50–100 lbs. Pay range is $20–28/hour.

- Ability to lift and move heavy materials (50–100 lbs)

- Experience operating forklifts in a lumber yard, warehouse, or construction setting
- Knowledge of lumber sizes, grades, and common building materials
- Strong communication and simple math skills
- Reliable, safety‐oriented, and able to work in various weather conditions
