Job Summary
Conduct daily inspections on loaders, check fluids twice daily, and stage vehicles by transporting them to and from the staging area and drain shop. Operate forklifts or skid steers while observing all safety regulations, ensuring the work area remains a safe and environmentally safe environment for employees and customers. Multi-task to keep job production flowing throughout the store and production area, carrying out verbal and written material tasks under minimum supervision. Sit for 6-8 hours per day in two-hour intervals while handling tools and moving 50 pounds regularly. Work flexible shifts and schedules with exposure to outdoor weather conditions and minimal chemical hazards. Complete annual retraining classes and the Chemical Hazards Training program.
Required Qualifications
- Must attend retraining classes annually that meet company standards and expectations.
- Must successfully complete the Chemical Hazards Training program.
- Able to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Able to handle multiple competing tasks and priorities.
- Perform quality work efficiently with minimal supervision.
- To work flexible shifts and schedules.
- Use proper safety equipment and safety procedures.
- All U.S. applicants must be 18 years of age or older and all Canada applicants must be 16 years of age or older.
- Radius Recycling participates in e-verify for all U.S. new hires.
- An offer of U.S. employment by Radius Recycling or any of its subsidiaries is contingent on the satisfactory completion of a post-offer drug screen and background check.

Desired Qualifications
