Job Summary
Forklift Operator responsible for picking and shipping orders, loading/unloading shipments, maintaining accurate inventory and lot codes, inspecting equipment, and upholding GMP and USDA compliance. Must operate forklifts, use RF scanners and WMS, perform accurate counting and verification, and collaborate with warehouse staff to achieve high inventory and picking accuracy. Role requires standing, lifting 15-50 pounds, and working in a fast-paced warehouse with typical safety and production procedures.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years warehouse experience
- Stand-up Reach experience
- Experience with RF Scanners and WMS
- Proficient in basic math skills to accurately receive, count, verify, and record inventory and materials
- Able to work in a production area with fast moving equipment, moderate to high noise levels and intermediate temperature changes
- Strong communication skills; able to interact professionally and empathetically with staff and customers
