Job Summary
Safely operate sit-down, stand-up, and reach trucks to transport goods between receiving, storage, and shipping areas, while loading and unloading trailers and securing pallets. Accurately pick orders, rotate stock, and track merchandise using RF scanners or the Warehouse Management System. Conduct daily OSHA-required equipment checks, report hazards immediately, and perform basic mechanical upkeep. This role requires 1+ years of warehouse or forklift experience, the ability to lift 50lbs, and availability for nights, weekends, and occasional overtime. Located at Royal Hawaiian Movers in Honolulu, the position offers a $20 hourly wage with medical, dental, and 401K benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of proven warehouse or heavy machinery (forklift) operating experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Excellent hand-eye coordination
- Basic math/computer skills
- Able to lift 50lbs unassisted
- Sit, stand, crouch or bend for extended periods of time
- Must be available for nights, weekends, and overtime occasionally
