Job Summary
Operate forklifts to load, unload trailers, and move materials while maintaining zero incidents through strict adherence to safety protocols. Sort and hand-sort pallets based on product specs, ensuring quality standards are met and production goals are achieved with accuracy. Practice "clean as you go" to maintain a tidy workspace and prepare for physical demands including lifting up to 70 lbs. Prior forklift experience and certification are preferred, though training is provided. This role supports production teams within Rehrig Pacific's supply chain and environmental waste operations, where employees are valued as integral members of the team.
