Job Summary
Operate forklifts to load/unload materials and trailers, supporting production with safe, efficient material movement. Follow all safety protocols to help achieve zero incidents each shift, hand-sort pallets to meet product specs and quality standards, maintain production pace and accuracy, and keep the workspace clean and organized. Able to lift up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive motions; prior forklift experience and certification are preferred but training and certification are provided. High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred; familiarity with pallet jacks and fast-paced warehouse environments is a plus.
