Job Summary
The Forklift Operator is responsible for safely handling, packaging, and distributing materials while ensuring inventory accuracy and maintaining a clean warehouse environment. Key duties include loading and unloading trucks, preparing shipments, assisting with inventory management, and operating forklifts in compliance with FIFO standards. Candidates should possess a high school diploma, forklift certification, and have one year of warehouse experience, along with strong organizational skills and the ability to lift materials up to 75 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Forklift certification with recent operating experience required
- One (1) or more years of manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
- Basic math and reading skills
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Knowledge of the stucco or masonry industry is a plus
