Job Summary
Ensure health, safety, and environmental regulations are adhered to by following corporate, federal, state, and local standards. Promote the quality system through familiarity with the quality manual and procedures while performing shipping and receiving duties. Report defective materials or questionable conditions to the Shipping & Receiving Supervisor. Support the shipment of products and received goods destined for sale. Requires proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, with AS-400 or D365 experience preferred. Located at the Plant City, FL site in a moderate dust and noise environment with hot and cold climates.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Must be able to work around hot asphalt tanks, lines and pumps constantly
- Lifting up to 60 lbs.
- Assisted lifting up to 120 lbs.
- Visual Acuity (including color perception)
- Good Hearing
- Must be able to work independently
- Uses logic and reason in dealing with problems
- Adjusts to changing variables in the workplace
- Communicates effectively and concisely in oral and written messages
- Ability to be persistent when accomplishing a task or assignment
- Works harmoniously and with tact and diplomacy in dealing with a broad range of people

Desired Qualifications
- AS-400, D365 or other enterprise-wide system experience preferred
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous experience in a production environment desired
