Job Summary
Conduct accurate order fulfillment by transporting, selecting, identifying, verifying, packaging, labeling, and shipping products as directed. Compare picking lists to customer documents, recount product before shipment, and ensure all items meet requirements before packing. Transport labeled products to the staging area while handling goods according to customer and employer procedures. Communicate effectively with warehouse staff, management, and customers. Maintain detailed orientation to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Requires forklift and reach certification, high energy level, and ability to work various shifts on short notice.

- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to accurately count and perform basic math functions
- Ability to hear, read and comprehend, write, and communicate
- Ability to continuously sit, type, and perform repetitive wrist motion
- Ability to occasionally stand, walk, bend, squat/kneel, twist/turn or reach
- Ability to focus (with or without corrective lenses) to see close and distant, along with depth perception capabilities
- Moderate overtime
- Occasional weekend work
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds entire shift
- Ability to work various shifts on short notice
- Ability to spend 95% of time on warehouse floor in fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Warehouse management system experience
- Experience with RF scanners
- Experience with Voice
