Job Summary
Forklift Operator I moves materials between inventory and production, completes production records, assists with bottlenecks, performs basic equipment checks, and maintains organized inventory yards. Requires basic education (9th grade or higher) with preference for HS diploma/GED, forklift driving experience preferred, and successful completion of forklift licensing. Emphasizes safety, inventory accuracy, and adherence to company policies; promotes teamwork and participation in CI programs. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 9th grade basic education
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
- Forklift driving experience preferred
- Able to operate forklift and adhere to company policies
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Successfully complete Forklift Driver licensing process
