Job Summary
Operate forklift and other material handling equipment to move products within the warehouse. Read manifests to pull routes, stage freight, and assist drivers with loading/unloading trucks. Perform picking, packing, scanning, and potential kitting; count products and identify overages, shortages, and damages (OS&D). Maintain safe, secure work environment in line with TSA and OSHA guidelines; follow detailed instructions in a fast-paced setting; read and follow work instructions; stand/walk for extended periods and frequently lift up to 50 pounds. Requires forklift certification and prior warehouse experience; ability to use RF scan gun; overtime and weekend availability; strong teamwork and attention to detail.
Required Qualifications
- Forklift certification
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- English literacy (read, write, speak)
- Experience with RF scan gun (preferred)
- Prior warehouse experience (1 year preferred)
- Ability to work overtime and weekends
- Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, banding/shrink wrap
- Safety compliance with TSA/OSHA guidelines
