Job Summary
Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and hand trucks to load and unload materials while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Utilize manifests to pull routes, stage freight, and assist drivers, ensuring accurate packaging, timeliness, and system work. Identify discrepancies in receiving loads, including overages, shortages, and damages. Safely operate warehouse equipment while following detailed instructions and adhering to TSA and OSHA guidelines. Perform additional duties such as picking, packing, scanning, kitting, and counting products as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High School or equivalent
- Must be able to use forklifts
- Must be able to use pallet jacks
- Must be able to use banding/shrink wrap material
- Experience using a RF scan gun
- Must be able to work overtime as needed
- Must be able to work occasional weekends
- Must be able to read and comprehend work instructions well
- Must have the ability to work well with others
- Must have the ability to work well with others with little supervision
- Must be able to lift 50+lbs. unassisted
- Must be able to speak, read, and write in English
- Must be able to regularly lift/move up to 50 pounds unassisted
- Must be able to use pallet jacks
- Must be able to use forklifts
