Job Summary
Receive, move, and stage materials throughout the warehouse while loading and unloading shipments to support daily operations. Operate forklifts safely and efficiently, performing pre-shift inspections and documenting findings. Change batteries or LP tanks, verify load accuracy, and report discrepancies. Maintain a clean, safe work area by complying with OSHA standards and assisting with physical inventories. Interpret work instructions and complete additional duties as assigned. Valid forklift certificate required with 2+ years of recent operation experience. Flexible availability for any shift, overtime, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certificate or ability to obtain one within 30 days of hire
- 2+ years of recent forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift 20 to 50 lbs
- Ability to work at heights
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Ability to tolerate temperature, dust, and noise variations
- Flexible availability: able to work any shift, overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Steel-toe boots
- Safety vest
- Hard hat
- Safety gloves
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- 6+ months of warehouse experience preferred
- Industrial or production environment experience is a plus
