Job Summary
Operate a forklift to assist with inventory movement on the sales lot, including loading and unloading boats and trailers, transporting units around the dealership, and ensuring proper check-in and staging of incoming inventory. Maintain lot appearance and coordinate with sales, service, and other teams to prioritize needs. Use mobile handheld devices and internal systems to locate and manage units, and support general lot maintenance and safety procedures to uphold a positive customer experience. Requires forklift experience, ability to work outdoors in varying weather, and a valid driver’s license; high school diploma preferred. Schedule: day shift, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with overtime as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Must have experience operating forklifts
- Must be comfortable driving RVs and towing/transporting units of varying sizes
- Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and remain physically active throughout the shift
- Valid driver’s license required
- Must possess a clean and insurable driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
