Job Summary
Execute daily warehouse functions including forklift inspections, moving materials to and from stock using an RF Gun, and transacting real-time movements into the WMS. Shrink wrap items, stage inventory, and perform accurate cycle counts with updated stickers. Maintain building cleanliness by organizing pallets, emptying dumpsters, and loading recyclables into dunnage trailers. Communicate constantly with team members and leadership to understand current and future job needs. Ensure efficient operations for inventory and non-inventory pallets while protecting warehouse contents against loss. Review warehouse documents and reports, completing miscellaneous support functions as required.
Required Qualifications
- Proficient with data entry into an WMS system
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years' experience in material handling in a manufacturing environment
- Forklift certified (or eligible)
- Ability to perform all tasks while continuously standing
- Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and accurately while ensuring quality
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work as a team and independently
- 1st Shift (7:00 am to 3:30 pm)
- 2nd Shift (3:30 pm to 12 am)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a 3PL Warehousing or Crossdock facility is a plus
