Job Summary
Operate stand-up reach trucks, sit-down forklifts, and electric pallet jacks to load, unload trailers, and move inbound inventory from receiving areas into pallet racking. Perform replenishment and putaway tasks, pick customer orders using RF scanners, and stage or relocate inventory throughout the facility. Assist with packing, palletizing, labeling, and general warehouse duties while maintaining accurate inventory handling and meeting productivity goals. Adhere to all safety procedures, operating standards, and policies to keep the work area clean and organized. Collaborate with team members in a high-volume distribution environment to support shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, and inventory control processes.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of recent forklift operating experience
- Previous forklift certification
- Experience with stand-up reach trucks and sit-down forklifts
- Experience with electric pallet jacks / Walkie Riders
- Previous experience with order picking, replenishment, putaway, loading/unloading, and RF scanners
- Stable work history
- Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude
- Dependable attendance and the ability to stay productive in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Willingness to ask questions, learn procedures, and work collaboratively with the team
- Ability to perform general warehouse duties when forklift operation is not required
- Reliable personal transportation
