Job Summary
Conduct picking, sorting, and order preparation for customer shipment while maintaining accurate case counts. Load and unload product from carriers, move pallets using upright and counterbalance forklifts, and apply shrink wrap with correct stack patterns. Inspect pallets for shipment suitability, clean work areas, and perform limited preventive maintenance on fork trucks. Perform manual material movement and inventory counts as required. Stand or walk for 8-12-hour shifts in a fast-paced environment while lifting up to 50 lbs. Work independently and apply basic math skills to support logistics operations.
Required Qualifications
- Must have experience using forklift equipment.
- Previous warehouse experience required.
- Ability to stand/walk for an 8 -12-hour shift.
- Ability to lift and/or carry 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently.
- Basic math skills.
