Job Summary
Perform warehouse bulk pulls, load and unload trucks safely, and support receiving, staging, storage, and distribution activities. Complete administrative and operational tasks including labeling, packaging, organizing, and preparing materials. Learn to safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment through provided training while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Collaborate with team members to contribute to continuous improvement efforts. Work 6 AM to 2:30 PM Monday through Friday.
Required Qualifications
- Strong English reading, comprehension, and communication skills
- Ability to understand written Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and follow verbal instructions
- Reliable early riser who is ready to start the day on time and contribute to a productive work environment
- Understands the importance of meeting deadlines and getting the job done right
- Willing to share ideas, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and actively participate in team discussions
- Committed to working smarter and more efficiently, with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Dependable, trustworthy, and honest with a strong work ethic
- Ability to perform physical warehouse duties, including lifting and moving materials as needed
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
- Valid Colorado Driver's License required
- Must successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review prior to employment
- Ability to safely operate company vehicles and equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and safety standards
Desired Qualifications
- Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not required
