Job Summary
The Forklift Operator II will safely and efficiently operate Powered Industrial Equipment to move, load, unload, and stack products for shipping/receiving—utilizing reach, slip sheet, push/pull, and drive-in pallet racking as needed. Responsibilities include loading/unloading, storing materials, scanning products and printing labels, completing paperwork and inventory management system entries, ensuring product rotation, conducting cycle counts, performing daily forklift inspections, maintaining inspection readiness for SQFI/FDA and customer requirements, and reporting incidents. The role requires attention to detail, safety compliance, and the ability to perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned, with emphasis on teamwork and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum two years prior forklift operating experience
- Must be a licensed forklift operator or be able to obtain a Forklift Operator license
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Pass Background and Drug screen
- Basic computer skills
- Attention to detail
