Job Summary
The Forklift Operator II role at Kenco Logistics focuses on the safe and efficient operation of powered industrial equipment to move, load, unload, and store products for shipping/receiving. Responsibilities include operating reach and drive-in forklift equipment, loading/unloading, stacking, scanning and labeling products, completing paperwork and inventory updates, ensuring product rotation and performing cycle counts, conducting daily safety inspections, adhering to SQFI/FDA and customer requirements, and reporting incidents to supervision. The role requires a minimum of two years forklift experience and a licensed forklift operator (or ability to obtain one); a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with basic computer skills and strong attention to detail.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum two years prior forklift operating experience
- Must be a licensed forklift operator or be able to obtain a Forklift Operator license
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Pass Background and Drug screen
- Basic computer skills
