Job Summary
Logistics Associate I responsibilities include picking customer orders with a scanner/tablet and stacking onto pallets, staging and labeling orders for shipment, operating material-handling equipment (manual/electric pallet jacks, reach trucks, propane lifts), verifying quantities and packaging quality against packing lists and SAP records, inspecting packaging for damage, coordinating with customer service/production/packaging to ensure order accuracy and timely fulfillment, assembling shipping boxes and labels, loading trailers with packed boxes and pallets, identifying discrepancies, maintaining a clean picking area using 5S, supporting inventory control through databases and cycle counts, and following safety procedures while performing other duties to support logistics and warehouse operations.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of previous plant or warehouse experience
- 1 year experience using Raymond-Brand stand-up forklifts
