Job Summary
Forklift Operator/Warehouse Operator II at Nestlé Health Science (1st shift, Mon–Fri 9:00 AM–5:30 PM) is responsible for moving, organizing, and tracking materials in the warehouse, operating forklifts and related equipment, supporting shipping/receiving, performing cycle counts, and maintaining inventory accuracy. The role includes loading/unloading trucks, labeling storage areas, staging materials for shipment, inspecting equipment, and collaborating with team members to maintain workflow while following GMPs, SOPs, and company policies. Requires a high school diploma or GED (preferred), 1+ years of manufacturing/warehouse experience, forklift certification, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and strong English reading/writing skills. The position emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork in a 1st shift schedule with potential overtime."
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 1+ years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse operations
- Ability to obtain forklift certification
- Proven experience operating forklifts and warehouse equipment
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and move throughout your shift
- Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens
- Flexible to work overtime based on business needs
- Basic math skills
- Comfortable using computers, tablets, and inventory systems
- Able to read, write, and understand English
- Strong organization and time management
