Job Summary
Operate forklifts, reach trucks, or sit-down forklifts to safely move, load, unload, and organize materials throughout the warehouse. Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments while verifying quantities, labels, and product information for accuracy. Move, stack, stage, and organize products to ensure they are stored in correct locations. Assist with picking, packing, and general warehouse duties as needed. Maintain a clean work area, conduct daily equipment inspections, and report any maintenance or safety concerns. Follow company policies, OSHA guidelines, and warehouse safety standards while collaborating with team members to meet daily production goals. Work overtime, weekends, or varying shifts as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Previous forklift operating experience
- Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and move materials as required
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, or varying shifts as needed
- Reliable attendance
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain certification)
