Job Summary
Execute material movement from dock to storage, staging, and shipment while complying with EVERSANA SOPs and Current Good Distribution Practices. Fulfill customer tickets by reading production schedules, locating products, and assembling orders using certified forklift, reach truck, cherry picker, dock stoker, electric pallet jack, and Bendi forklift operations. Maintain a clean, safe work area and operate EVERSANA RF devices to support temperature-controlled order fulfillment. Work 40 hours weekly with overtime as needed in a busy Memphis distribution center.
Required Qualifications
- Previous forklift operation experience
- High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED)
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Strong reading, addition, and subtraction skills
- Ability to follow instructions without deviation
- Ability to work the required hours (expect 40hrs/week), in addition to overtime (as needed)
- Certified to operate Forklift, Reach Truck, Cherry/Order Picker, Dock Stocker, Electric Pallet Jack, and Bendi Forklift
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily including walking or standing at a minimum of 80% of the shift
- Must be able to bend, squat, pivot and stoop
- Must be able to perform tasking in a busy environment
- Must be able to work in a temperature-controlled environment year-round
- Must be able to wear khaki-colored pants, close-toed shoes, and a blue shirt
- Must be able to wear sturdy shoes that provide full coverage ensuring no skin or socks are visible through the shoe material
- Must be able to work 24 hours a day, 5 days a week
