Job Summary
Forklift Warehouse Operator responsible for operating forklifts, reach truck, and ride-on equipment to move goods in/out of trucks and around the warehouse, freezer, and manufacturing floor. Duties include unloading/loading, transporting materials to production workstations or storage, labeling materials, restacking pallets, identifying damages and reporting shortages, performing daily pre-start checks, using handheld RF scanners, conducting inventory cycle counts, maintaining records, and ensuring safe, compliant operations under GMP and PPE guidelines. Requires good communication, attention to detail, and teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Proven experience as forklift warehouse operator (within a food manufacturing environment preferred)
- Attention to detail and familiarity with industrial equipment
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Excellent team player
