Job Summary
Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products and materials using various types of forklifts or other power equipment 80% of the 7:00-3:30 shift. Pull and prepare product for shipment, ensuring exact counts and types are loaded. Keep appropriate records for inventory accuracy, verify load stability and product damage, and change equipment batteries or LP tanks as necessary. Maintain facility equipment in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion while completing daily inspections and assisting in physical inventories. Comply with all OSHA and MSDS standards.
Required Qualifications
- Forklift operator certificate or satisfactory completion of a forklift-training program within the first 30 days of employment
- Six months forklift operation experience
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred
- Six months warehouse experience, preferred
