Job Summary
Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products and materials using stand-up, sit-down, or clamp forklifts and electric pallet jacks. Pull and prepare product for shipment, verify load accuracy, and maintain equipment in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion. Keep appropriate records for inventory accuracy and complete daily equipment inspections. Change batteries or LP tanks as necessary and assist in physical inventories. Shift runs Monday-Friday from 5:00 PM to 1:30 AM with a $19.90 hourly rate plus shift differential and attendance bonus. Forklift operator certificate required within 30 days.
Required Qualifications
- Forklift operator certificate or satisfactory completion of a forklift-training program within the first 30 days of employment
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Six months warehouse experience
- Six months forklift operation experience
Desired Qualifications
- A minimum of 6 month's experience operating preferred stand-up material handling equipment
- Experience operating other material handling equipment such as Order (Cherry) Picker, Sit-down, Clamp, Electric Pallet Jack
- A minimum of 6 month's experience using a commercial WMS (warehouse management system) such as Blue Yonder, Red Prairie, JDA, SAP
