Job Summary
Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products using stand-up, sit-down, or clamp forklifts and electric pallet jacks for 80% of the 3:00pm–11:30pm Monday–Friday shift. Pull and prepare shipments by verifying load counts, stability, and product damage while maintaining accurate inventory records. Operate equipment safely in compliance with OSHA and MSDS standards, change batteries or LP tanks as needed, and complete daily equipment inspections. Assist with physical inventories and perform other duties as assigned. This role is essential to DHL's daily operations, supporting the movement of products that people need and want in a team-oriented, safety-focused environment.
Required Qualifications
- Forklift operator certificate or satisfactory completion of a forklift-training program within the first 30 days of employment
- Six months forklift operation experience
