Job Summary
Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products and materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other power equipment throughout the shift. Pull and prepare product for shipment, verify load accuracy and stability, and maintain facility equipment in a clean, orderly fashion. Complete daily equipment inspections, assist in physical inventories, and keep appropriate records for inventory accuracy while complying with OSHA and MSDS standards. Change equipment batteries or LP tanks as necessary. Work Fri-Sun from 5am to 5pm in a team-oriented, safety-focused environment.
Required Qualifications
- Operating material handling equipment minimum of 6 months
- Must be able to lift 50lb tires throughout shift
- Forklift operator certificate or satisfactory completion of a forklift-training program within the first 30 days of employment
- Six months forklift operation experience
Desired Qualifications
- At least 6 months previous warehouse experience
- Previous forklift experience
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Steady work history
