Job Summary
Day Shift Forklift Operator needed to operate sit-down forklift, pick and stack materials, load and unload from semi-trailers, and perform physical labor (stacking pallets, cutting bands from bales/skidded materials). Follow all safety procedures and cooperate with team to meet daily production goals. Requires minimal 1 year forklift experience (preferred), ability to lift heavy objects, and comfort working in a non-climate-controlled outdoor facility. Overtime and weekends as needed; starting pay $19/hour with potential to move to $21/hour after 700 hours. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM; direct-hire eligibility after 700 hours. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sit-down forklift experience preferred
- Ability to safely operate equipment while seated for extended periods
- Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects as required
- Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled facility and outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong attendance record with flexibility to work overtime or weekends as needed
- Steel-toed boots required on the first day of work
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. (E-Verify used)
