Job Summary
Forklift Operator responsible for safe and efficient movement of materials in a warehouse. Operate forklifts and clamp trucks to move, stack, load, and unload products; meet KPIs for safety, quality, production, efficiency, and service; follow safety regulations and quality standards; coordinate with departments for inventory management and storage logistics; ensure damage-free stacking and accurate handling of materials. Must have six months of relevant forklift/clamp truck experience, be able to obtain a PIT license, and demonstrate basic math and English proficiency. Shift options include two evening/night blocks; benefits include health/dental/vision, 401(k), paid holidays/time off, and tuition reimbursement. Required Qualifications
- Six (6) months relevant experience operating forklifts or clamp trucks
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) license
- Ability to demonstrate basic math calculations and dimensional counting
- Demonstrated basic English proficiency for safety and training communications
