Job Summary
Forklift Operator role in Stockton, CA: Operate and instruct others in the operation of material moving equipment (stand-up forklift) inside the warehouse. Responsibilities include loading/unloading shipments, determining loading sequences for space and safety, inspecting and performing minor maintenance on equipment, stocking inbound materials, matching invoices to shipping labels, and ensuring accurate order picking and packing for shipment. Utilize voice-directed picking and RF equipment, maintain inventory controls, and follow all safety procedures to meet accuracy and productivity targets. Requires 18+ years old, 1-2 years related experience and/or education, reading/writing in English, forklift certification, and the ability to work 8+ hour shifts in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Strong emphasis on teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to variable conditions and deadlines.
