Job Summary
Operate forklifts, including stand-up models, clamp trucks, and electric pallet jacks, to move, stack, load, and unload materials safely within the warehouse. Load and unload trucks while using RF scanners to accurately pick orders and update inventory records. Inspect equipment daily for maintenance needs and maintain a clean, organized work environment to ensure safety and operational efficiency. This role requires valid OSHA certification and the physical ability to perform manual labor for extended periods, with flexible shifts including nights and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification or license in accordance with OSHA standards
- Proven experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks in a warehouse or distribution environment
- Basic understanding of warehouse safety protocols and material handling procedures
- Ability to read and interpret shipping documents and inventory records
- Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, standing, and operating machinery for extended periods
- Forklift operation

- Order picking
- Proficiency with RF scanners
- Operating different types of forklifts, including stand-up and clamp trucks
- General warehouse skills
