Job Summary
Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment to move raw materials, finished goods, and packaging supplies throughout the facility. Responsibilities include performing daily equipment inspections, completing logs and lift sign-out documentation, managing loads with awareness of surroundings, supplying packaging lines with materials, staging and storing products, reporting production counts in the ERP system, receiving materials into inventory, assisting with line changeovers and machine operations, and supporting cross-departmental tasks while maintaining a safe, efficient warehouse environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year forklift operating experience
- OSHA-approved forklift certification
- Valid VT driver's license
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and situational awareness
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production and warehouse environment
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple departments
- Proper use and understanding of PPE
