Job Summary
Primary responsibilities include safely loading/unloading freight with forklifts and related equipment, stacking and storing merchandise, picking and assembling orders for shipment, inspecting for accuracy and damage, labeling and packing as directed, and complying with OSHA standards while maintaining production standards and a clean work environment. The role requires operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts, high-reach forklifts, stand-up straddle trucks, walk-behinds, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and related equipment; willingness to work overtime, evenings, or weekends; ability to perform inventory and other duties as needed; and the physical capacity to lift up to 70 lbs, work in varied temperatures, and maintain regular attendance. Qualifications emphasize a high school diploma or GED (preferred) and up to three months of related experience, with emphasis on independent work, attention to detail, and timely shift adherence.
