Job Summary
Operate a sit-down forklift within the plant, navigating tight spaces to unload trailers, organize products in the east lot, and supply bins to the grading line. Load and unload products onto trailers for vendor pick-up, transport empty and full drums to the conveyor at the drum fill and chopper stations, and provide additional forklift services as required. Keep track of inventory, including bins, tri-walls, and loads on-site, while complying with all Plant, State, and Federal OSHA, EPA, FDA, HACCP, and SQF regulations. Work 10-12-hour shifts across the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift. High school diploma or GED required with forklift certification; fluent English necessary.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one-year related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education
- Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
- Forklift and Pallet Jack certification
- Must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Close vision

- Must use hands to finger, handle, or feel
- Must reach with hands and arms

- Must be occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions
- Must be occasionally exposed to extreme cold
- Must comply with all Plant, State and Federal OSHA, EPA, FDA, HACCP, and SQF regulations
- Responsible for Non-GMO SGS Supply Chain Standards
- Operate a sit-down forklift within the plant
- Unload trailers with fruit bins upon arrival
- Organize products in the east lot for easy identification and processing
- Supply bins, tri-walls, or boxes of fruit to the grading line for extraction
- Load and unload products onto trailers for vendor pick-up
- Transport both empty and full drums to the conveyor at the drum fill station
- Move drums to the conveyor at the drum chopper station
- Provide additional forklift services to various departments as required
- Keep track of inventory, including bins, tri-walls, and loads on-site
Desired Qualifications
