Forklift Operator 3rd Shift

This is a training-focused Forklift Operator role on the 3rd shift (Monday–Friday, 11 pm–7 am) within a manufacturing plant. The associate will monitor the flow of finished product from production to designated locations, ensure materials needed for production are available, control finished product distribution, and take direction from higher-level forklift operators during training. Responsibilities include performing daily forklift safety checks, maintaining battery and propane tanks, completing Safe Work Orders, handling inventory control label tags and logs, managing salvage tickets and logs, moving racks and preparing lines for production, loading/unloading trailers, and maintaining clean work areas. Additional duties include providing regrind, pigments, substrates, and other materials to production lines, assisting with MES data entries, and performing repacking to ensure proper inventory documentation. The role requires forklift experience, the ability to operate forklift equipment safely, strong eye-hand coordination, good communication, organization skills, and the physical ability to lift up to 86 lbs repeatedly and team lift 87–100 lbs. The work environment includes manufacturing plant conditions with exposure to noise, temperature extremes, and dust, and adherence to health and safety practices and PPE usage.
