Forklift Operator (3rd Shift) (3833)

Forklift Operator for 3rd shift responsible for operating a sit-down forklift indoors/outdoors across the plant, unloading trailers of fruit bins, organizing products for identification, supplying bins to the grading line, loading/unloading trailers, moving drums to the conveyor stations, and providing forklift support to multiple departments. Requires forklift and Pallet Jack certification, a high school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience), and English fluency; Spanish is a plus. Must adhere to OSHA, EPA, FDA, HACCP, and SQF regulations and maintain inventory accuracy. Reports to the Operations Manager; no direct reports. Rotating schedule from 11:00pm to 7:30am, Beaumont, CA. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and cross-department coordination in a fast-paced warehouse/plant environment.
