Job Summary
Forklift Operator (2nd Shift) responsible for the safe and efficient operation of Powered Industrial Equipment to move, load, unload, and stack products in preparation for shipping and receiving. Duties include operating reach, slip sheet, push/pull, and drive-in pallet racking equipment; loading/unloading and storing products; scanning, printing labels, completing paperwork, and using inventory management systems; ensuring product rotation and performing cycle counts; conducting daily forklift safety inspections and maintaining a ready-to-audit facility for SQFI/FDA and customer needs; reporting incidents and performing housekeeping as assigned. Requires at least two years of forklift experience, licensing or ability to obtain forklift license, high school diploma or equivalent preferred, and strong attention to detail with teamwork and continuous-improvement mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum two years prior forklift operating experience
- Must be a licensed forklift operator or be able to obtain a Forklift Operator license
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Pass Background and Drug screen
- Basic computer skills
- Attention to detail
