Forklift Operator (2nd Shift)

Under supervision, operate sit down and stand-up forklifts, high-reach forklifts, stand-up straddle trucks, walk behinds, pallet jacks, double pallet jacks and RF scanners to receive, store, and ship food products. Load and unload freight, stack and store merchandise, and pick and assemble orders for shipment, while checking freight for accuracy, damage, and infestation and labeling, sorting, wrapping, packing, and repacking as directed by management. Work in compliance with OSHA standards to operate equipment safely, meet production standards, and maintain a clean and orderly work environment. May perform other duties such as inventory, cleaning, or forklift battery changes as needed; additional duties outside normal responsibilities may be required. Must be able to work overtime, evenings, or weekends as assigned. Strong attention to detail and the ability to adhere to attendance policies are valued.
