Job Summary
Operate forklifts and material-handling equipment to load, receive, and move materials in and out of racking while performing inventory tasks, cycle counts, and packing/quality checks. Complete Hazmat-compliant documentation, hand-stack pallets, and maintain a clean work area by reporting unsafe conditions. Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices, Standard Operating Procedures, and safety standards while participating in continuous improvement activities. Work Monday through Friday from 6:30am to 2:30pm with overtime as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be able to read, write and speak English
- Able to visually concentrate, remain alert, and listen intensely for extended periods of time
- Able to stand, sit, lift, bend, crouch, reach and climb consistently for twelve hours
- Able to grasp and manipulate a variety of packaging components (i.e. sprayers, bottles, caps)
- Must be able to work in accordance with Health and Safety and GMP regulations
- Must be able to lift 45lbs. from floor occasionally
- Must be able to safely operate the forklift around co-workers, other forklifts, and mechanical and electrical equipment for up to 12 hours
- Must be able to work overtime where necessary
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
