Job Summary
Operate forklifts to load, unload, move, locate, stack, and count product while adhering to dock safety policies and Standard Operating Procedures. Complete lift inspections prior to operation and report equipment malfunctions immediately. Scan inbound and outbound shipments to ensure accuracy against pick lists and stocking lists, maintaining inventory accuracy and reporting discrepancies. Perform pre-shift and department meetings, maintain daily housekeeping of the operations building and equipment areas, and seek additional work when tasks are completed. Work Monday through Friday from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm with weekends and overtime as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to obtain and maintain a forklift license
- Ability to use handheld RF Scan Device
- Must be able to lift 50lbs.
- Must be able to sit, stand and walk for extended periods
- Must be able to twist, stoop, squat and reach above shoulder level
- Ability to work in a non-climate controlled environment
- Must be available for weekends
- Must be available for overtime
- Must be available for holidays
- Must be able to work Monday - Friday
- Must be able to work 6:00am - 2:30pm
- Must be able to perform a wide variety of job tasks
- Must be able to transition from task to task effectively
- Must be always present

- Must complete all Inbound and Outbound paper work accurately and completely
- Must report all product damage to supervisor/manager
- Must maintain inventory accuracy
- Must report all inventory discrepancy to supervisor/manager

- Must have knowledge of job functions within given operation
