Job Summary
Operate forklift on the 1st shift (5:30am-2:00pm) at L&M Corrugated Container Corp. Responsibilities include maintaining a forklift license, performing preoperational inspections, loading/unloading via the Top Gun system, reading schedules and tuck plans to position loads, coordinating with truck drivers professionally, training others for forklift certification, assisting team members, and meeting safety and production expectations. Must be able to lift 50 pounds, perform basic math, and read a tape measure. Growth opportunities include advancement to Team Leads or Shift Foreman.
Required Qualifications
- Highschool diploma or equivalent is required
