Job Summary
Operate forklifts to move products and materials between processing lines, trucks, and staging areas while maintaining FIFO organization and accurate inventory counts. Document trailer inspections before loading, ensure products are loaded correctly without overloading, and support warehouse cycle counts using the company Mobility barcode system. Maintain a clean, orderly workspace, comply with all safety regulations and good manufacturing practices, and supply packaging lines with work-in-progress materials. This role involves heavy lifting up to 75 lbs, working hot and cold conditions, and adhering to strict safety protocols. Successful completion of training and skills validation increases pay to $21.45/hour.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience working around processing equipment
- Forklift Certified

- Excellent driving skills – operate forklift attachments effectively
- Ability to maintain license for operating the forklift which includes the use of Mobility (company barcode system)
- Working knowledge of item #'s and weights
- Ability to keep the warehouse organized to utilize first in first out (FIFO)
- Ability to report any issue with the functionality of the Forklift
- Ability to document the inspection of all trailers before loading
- Ability to ensure product is loaded in good condition, counts are correct, and trailer is not overloaded
- Ability to maintain correct inventory (help cycle count warehouse)
- Ability to maintain warehouse, keep area clean, orderly, and maintain correct locations and Id of all items in the warehouse
- Ability to comply with all safety regulations, attend safety meetings and follow all plant and safety rules
- Ability to follow good manufacturing practices as set by the company policy
- Ability to supply packaging lines with WIP and materials
- Ability to move production totes from the staging area to the warehouse
