Job Summary
Operate industrial forklifts, hoists, and elevating platforms to load, unload, transport, and stack materials throughout the warehouse and production areas. Inspect product loads for accuracy, perform daily equipment inspections to report safety concerns, and manually load/unload items from pallets, skids, and vehicles. Use scanner devices to track, receive, move, and ship products while assisting with packaging and finished product handling. Maintain clean work areas, follow all safety policies and PPE requirements, and perform general yard and housekeeping duties as assigned. Works 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM in a manufacturing environment with physical demands including lifting up to 100 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Basic ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English
- Ability to follow safety procedures, work instructions, and company policies
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Ability to perform strenuous physical labor
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry materials
- Ability to use abdominal and lower-back muscles to provide support during physical activities
- Ability to operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely
- Ability to demonstrate good manual dexterity and hand, arm, and multi-limb coordination
- Ability to quickly and safely move arms and legs when operating equipment or handling materials
- Ability to maintain sufficient physical stamina throughout the workday
- Ability to read and understand reports, labels, data, instructions, and information displayed on computer or scanner screens
- Ability to maintain adequate visual ability to safely operate equipment and perform job duties
- Must be able to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to occasionally handle materials weighing up to 100 pounds with appropriate assistance or equipment
- Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
Desired Qualifications

- Previous forklift experience
